Doc Sadler cannot be happy with how the team played last night at Kansas State. The Huskers were held to 36.7% shooting and lost the game 61-45. A completely different game then they played just a few nights ago against Texas when they almost upset the Longhorns in Lincoln.
The defense played a really good game, but it was the offense that couldn’t get their game going. They were only 20% from 3 point land, and only hit 41% of their free throws.  Maric was the leading scorer for the Huskers and he only finished with 10 points.
Up next for the Huskers will be a very tough home game against the Kansas JayHawks on Monday Night. It will be shown on ESPN at 8 p.m. There are still tickets available so make sure you get out there and support the Huskers!
